Description

A delicious and easy Chicken Cobbler Casserole made with rotisserie chicken, perfect for a comforting meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 1 can of cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup of frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 package of biscuit dough
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded rotisserie chicken, cream of chicken soup, frozen mixed vegetables, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  4. Open the package of biscuit dough and cut each biscuit into quarters.
  5. Arrange the biscuit pieces on top of the chicken mixture.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
