- 1 rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 1 can of cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup of frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 package of biscuit dough
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded rotisserie chicken, cream of chicken soup, frozen mixed vegetables, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
- Open the package of biscuit dough and cut each biscuit into quarters.
- Arrange the biscuit pieces on top of the chicken mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

- Feel free to customize the vegetables based on your preference.
- This dish can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
