Instructions
- Clean the chicken feet thoroughly, removing any nails and dirt.
- In a large pot, combine the chicken feet, water, and apple cider vinegar.
- Add the onion, carrots, celery, and garlic to the pot.
- Bring the mixture to a boil over high heat.
- Reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for 12-24 hours, skimming off any foam that rises to the top.
- Once done, strain the broth through a fine mesh sieve into a large bowl.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Let the broth cool, then store it in the refrigerator or freezer.
