Description

Delicious and easy-to-make no-bake bars combining chocolate and peanut butter for a delightful treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine peanut butter and honey over low heat until melted and smooth.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and cocoa powder until well combined.
  3. Add rolled oats and chocolate chips, mixing until evenly coated.
  4. Press the mixture into a lined 8×8 inch baking dish.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until set.
  6. Cut into bars and serve.
