- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine peanut butter and honey over low heat until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and cocoa powder until well combined.
- Add rolled oats and chocolate chips, mixing until evenly coated.
- Press the mixture into a lined 8×8 inch baking dish.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until set.
- Cut into bars and serve.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
- Feel free to add nuts or dried fruit for extra texture.
- For a vegan version, use maple syrup instead of honey.
