- 2 cups rolled oats
- 2 cups milk (or dairy-free alternative)
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, milk, cream cheese, brown sugar, granulated sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
- If using, fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden and set.
