Ingredients

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Juice of 2 oranges
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, orange juice, lemon juice, rosemary, thyme, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them.
- Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add zest from the oranges and lemon to the marinade.
- This dish pairs well with a fresh salad or grilled vegetables.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
