Description

Citrus Rainbow Slaw with Poppyseed Dressing is a refreshing and vibrant salad that combines a variety of colorful vegetables and a tangy dressing, perfect for a healthy meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups green cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup red cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup carrots, grated
  • 1 cup bell peppers, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup orange segments
  • 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 cup poppy seeds
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
