Description

Delicious and tropical Coconut Lime Rice Krispie Treats that are easy to make and perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 package (10 oz) marshmallows
  • 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 tablespoon lime zest
  • 1/4 cup lime juice

Instructions

  1. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
  2. Add the marshmallows and stir until completely melted.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the lime juice and lime zest.
  4. Add the Rice Krispies cereal and shredded coconut, mixing until well combined.
  5. Press the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch pan.
  6. Let cool completely before cutting into squares.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, you can toast the shredded coconut before adding it to the mixture.
