Ingredients

- 1 cup of vegetable broth

- 1 small onion, diced

- 1 scoop of collagen powder
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
- Add diced onion and minced garlic, sauté until translucent.
- Add chopped tomatoes, vegetable broth, basil, salt, and pepper.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Remove from heat and blend until smooth.
- Stir in collagen powder until fully dissolved.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
