Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup collagen protein powder
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, collagen protein powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together honey (or maple syrup), melted coconut oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased or lined baking dish.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
