Delicious no-bake confetti cake pops that are easy to make and perfect for any celebration.
Ingredients

- 1 cup cake mix
- 1/2 cup frosting
- 1/2 cup sprinkles
- 8 oz chocolate coating
- lollipop sticks
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the cake mix and frosting until well combined.
- Fold in the sprinkles until evenly distributed.
- Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Chill the balls in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- While the balls are chilling, melt the chocolate coating in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Dip the end of each lollipop stick into the melted chocolate and insert it into the chilled cake balls.
- Coat each cake pop in the melted chocolate and let the excess drip off.
- Place the coated cake pops back on the baking sheet and let them set until the chocolate hardens.
Notes
- Feel free to use any flavor of cake mix and frosting.
- Store the cake pops in the refrigerator for up to a week.
- For a fun twist, add different types of sprinkles or toppings.
