Description

Delicious no-bake confetti cake pops that are easy to make and perfect for any celebration.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup cake mix
  • 1/2 cup frosting
  • 1/2 cup sprinkles
  • 8 oz chocolate coating
  • lollipop sticks

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the cake mix and frosting until well combined.
  2. Fold in the sprinkles until evenly distributed.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Chill the balls in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  5. While the balls are chilling, melt the chocolate coating in a microwave-safe bowl.
  6. Dip the end of each lollipop stick into the melted chocolate and insert it into the chilled cake balls.
  7. Coat each cake pop in the melted chocolate and let the excess drip off.
  8. Place the coated cake pops back on the baking sheet and let them set until the chocolate hardens.

  • Feel free to use any flavor of cake mix and frosting.
  • Store the cake pops in the refrigerator for up to a week.
