Description

A collection of delicious and easy-to-make desserts inspired by the famous Cheesecake Factory.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Add sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
  6. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  7. Stir in sour cream and flour until just combined.
  8. If using, fold in chocolate chips.
  9. Pour the cheesecake batter over the crust in the springform pan.
  10. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set.
  11. Let it cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For a flavored cheesecake, add fruit puree or chocolate to the batter.
  • Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature for best results.
  • Top with whipped cream or fruit before serving for added flavor.
