- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 large tortilla or wrap
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
- 1/2 cup diced vegetables (bell peppers, onions, mushrooms)
- 1/4 cup pizza sauce or salsa
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning (for pizza style)
- 1 tsp taco seasoning (for quesadilla style)
Instructions
- Spread the cottage cheese evenly over the tortilla or wrap.
- Add the shredded cheese on top of the cottage cheese.
- Sprinkle the diced vegetables over the cheese.
- For pizza style, add pizza sauce and Italian seasoning; for quesadilla style, add taco seasoning.
- Fold the wrap in half and cook on a skillet over medium heat until the cheese is melted and the wrap is golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Slice and serve warm with additional sauce if desired.

- Feel free to customize the vegetables based on your preference.
- These wraps can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
- For a spicier kick, add jalapeños or hot sauce.
