Description

Cottage Cheese Wraps are a delicious and healthy alternative to traditional pizza or quesadilla, packed with protein and flavor.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 large tortilla or wrap
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
  • 1/2 cup diced vegetables (bell peppers, onions, mushrooms)
  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce or salsa
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning (for pizza style)
  • 1 tsp taco seasoning (for quesadilla style)

Instructions

  1. Spread the cottage cheese evenly over the tortilla or wrap.
  2. Add the shredded cheese on top of the cottage cheese.
  3. Sprinkle the diced vegetables over the cheese.
  4. For pizza style, add pizza sauce and Italian seasoning; for quesadilla style, add taco seasoning.
  5. Fold the wrap in half and cook on a skillet over medium heat until the cheese is melted and the wrap is golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. Slice and serve warm with additional sauce if desired.
