- 1 cup corn, frozen or canned
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pot, combine the pasta, chicken, corn, heavy cream, chicken broth, and garlic.
- Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
- Reduce heat to medium and simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is cooked and the sauce has thickened.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
