- 1 cup chopped onion

- 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup chopped cabbage
Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and garlic, cooking until the onion is translucent.
- Stir in the tomato sauce, chicken broth, and heavy cream.
- Add the cooked rice, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Mix in the chopped cabbage and simmer for 20-30 minutes until the cabbage is tender.
