Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups corn (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
