Description

Delicious crispy baked beef tacos topped with a zesty lime crema.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 12 taco shells
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
  3. Add taco seasoning and water as per package instructions, and simmer.
  4. Place taco shells in a baking dish and fill each with the beef mixture.
  5. Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes until crispy.
  6. In a bowl, mix sour cream, lime juice, and cilantro to make the lime crema.
  7. Remove tacos from the oven and top with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and lime crema.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
