- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 12 taco shells
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
- Add taco seasoning and water as per package instructions, and simmer.
- Place taco shells in a baking dish and fill each with the beef mixture.
- Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes until crispy.
- In a bowl, mix sour cream, lime juice, and cilantro to make the lime crema.
- Remove tacos from the oven and top with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and lime crema.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- Feel free to add your favorite toppings like avocado or jalapeños.
- For a spicier kick, add some hot sauce to the lime crema.
- These tacos can be made ahead of time and reheated in the oven.
