Description

A delicious and crispy breakfast dish made with potatoes, Parmesan cheese, and fresh herbs, perfect for a hearty morning meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon of dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the diced potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
  6. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
