- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cabbage

- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Dip fish fillets in the flour mixture, then in the beaten eggs, and finally coat with cornmeal.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat and fry the fish until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- In a separate bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, mayonnaise, lime juice, and cilantro to make the slaw.
- Warm the corn tortillas in a dry skillet.
- Assemble the tacos by placing crispy fish on the tortillas and topping with lime slaw.
- Serve immediately with lime wedges on the side.
