- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup garlic, minced
- 4 large tortillas
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1/2 cup tomatoes, diced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, minced garlic, parmesan cheese, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Lay out the tortillas and evenly distribute the chicken mixture on each.
- Add shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes on top of the chicken mixture.
- Wrap the tortillas tightly and place them seam-side down on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden and crispy.
- Remove from the oven, slice in half, and serve warm.
Notes
- For extra crunch, you can pan-fry the wraps after baking.
- Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or cucumbers.
