- 8 large flour tortillas

Instructions
- Peel and boil the potatoes until tender, then drain and mash them.
- Mix in the shredded cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Place a generous amount of the potato mixture onto each tortilla and roll them up tightly.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the burritos until golden and crispy on all sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add cooked bacon or chives to the potato mixture.
- Serve with salsa or guacamole for dipping.
