Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 4 cups mixed greens
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup pickles, sliced
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional)
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
Instructions
- Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Form the ground beef into balls and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the beef balls in the skillet and smash them down with a spatula to form patties.
- Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until crispy and cooked through.
- In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, pickles, red onion, and cheese.
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard to create the dressing.
- Top the salad with the crispy burger patties and drizzle with dressing.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
