Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 4 cups mixed greens
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup pickles, sliced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional)
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard

Instructions
