Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cans of sweet corn, drained
  • 1 can of cream-style corn
  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • 1/2 cup of melted butter
  • 1 package of Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the sweet corn, cream-style corn, sour cream, and melted butter.
  2. Add the Jiffy corn muffin mix and mix until well combined.
  3. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese.
  4. Pour the mixture into the crockpot and spread it evenly.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until set and golden on top.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!
