Description

A simple and delicious way to prepare meals using just five ingredients in a crockpot.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb of protein (chicken, beef, or pork)
  • 2 cups of vegetables (carrots, potatoes, or bell peppers)
  • 1 can of diced tomatoes
  • 1 packet of seasoning mix (ranch, taco, or Italian)
  • 1 cup of broth (chicken or vegetable)

Instructions

  1. Place the protein at the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Add the vegetables on top of the protein.
  3. Pour the can of diced tomatoes over the vegetables.
  4. Sprinkle the seasoning mix evenly over the top.
  5. Pour the broth into the crockpot.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  7. Stir before serving and enjoy your meal!

Notes

  • Feel free to customize the vegetables based on your preference.
  • For a spicier dish, add jalapeños or hot sauce.
  • Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
