A simple and delicious way to prepare meals using just five ingredients in a crockpot.
Ingredients

- 1 lb of protein (chicken, beef, or pork)
- 2 cups of vegetables (carrots, potatoes, or bell peppers)
- 1 can of diced tomatoes
- 1 packet of seasoning mix (ranch, taco, or Italian)
- 1 cup of broth (chicken or vegetable)
Instructions
- Place the protein at the bottom of the crockpot.
- Add the vegetables on top of the protein.
- Pour the can of diced tomatoes over the vegetables.
- Sprinkle the seasoning mix evenly over the top.
- Pour the broth into the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Stir before serving and enjoy your meal!
Notes
- Feel free to customize the vegetables based on your preference.
- For a spicier dish, add jalapeños or hot sauce.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
