Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree
  • 1 box (15.25 oz) yellow cake mix
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted

Instructions

  2. Pour the pumpkin mixture into the crockpot.
  3. Sprinkle the dry cake mix evenly over the pumpkin mixture.
  4. Drizzle the melted butter over the cake mix.
  5. Top with chopped nuts if desired.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until set.
  7. Serve warm, optionally with whipped cream or ice cream.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use a spice cake mix instead of yellow cake mix.
