Description

A refreshing and hydrating drink perfect for hot beach days, combining the flavors of cucumber and watermelon.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 medium cucumber, peeled and diced
  • 4 cups watermelon, cubed
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • 2 cups cold water
  • Mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the diced cucumber and cubed watermelon.
  2. Add the fresh lime juice and honey (if using).
  3. Pour in the cold water and blend until smooth.
  4. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher to remove pulp.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Serve over ice and garnish with mint leaves.

Notes

  • Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
  • For a fizzy version, replace some of the water with sparkling water.
  • Can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
