Description
A refreshing and hydrating drink perfect for hot beach days, combining the flavors of cucumber and watermelon.
Ingredients

- 1 medium cucumber, peeled and diced
- 4 cups watermelon, cubed
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- 2 cups cold water
- Mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the diced cucumber and cubed watermelon.
- Add the fresh lime juice and honey (if using).
- Pour in the cold water and blend until smooth.
- Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher to remove pulp.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve over ice and garnish with mint leaves.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- For a fizzy version, replace some of the water with sparkling water.
- Can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
