Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Peel and cube the butternut squash.
- In a large bowl, toss the squash with olive oil, salt, pepper, and cinnamon.
- If using, drizzle maple syrup over the squash and mix well.
- Spread the squash evenly on a baking sheet.
