Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together maple syrup, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the turkey breast in the slow cooker.
- Pour the maple mixture over the turkey breast, ensuring it is well coated.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the turkey is cooked through and tender.
- Once done, remove the turkey from the slow cooker and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Serve with the remaining sauce from the slow cooker.
