- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, chopped cranberries, chopped pecans, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture evenly over each tortilla.
- Roll each tortilla tightly and wrap in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
- Once chilled, slice the pinwheels into bite-sized pieces and serve.
Notes
- For a sweeter flavor, add a drizzle of honey to the cream cheese mixture.
- These pinwheels can be made a day in advance.
- Feel free to substitute walnuts for pecans if desired.
