Description

A delightful and creamy Puerto Rican coconut eggnog, perfect for holiday celebrations.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can (13.5 oz) coconut milk
  • 1 cup white rum
  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the sweetened condensed milk, coconut milk, coconut cream, white rum, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and salt.
  2. Blend on high until smooth and well combined.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness or spice as desired.
  4. Pour the mixture into a bottle or jar and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
  5. Serve chilled, garnished with a sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg if desired.

Notes
