- 6 large eggs
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Paprika for garnish
Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot of cold water, bringing to a boil, then simmering for 10-12 minutes.
- Remove the eggs from the pot and place them in cold water to cool.
- Once cooled, peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
- Remove the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl.
- Add cream cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the yolks and mix until smooth.
- Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
- Sprinkle paprika on top for garnish.
- Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add a dash of hot sauce to the filling.
- These can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
