Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, pickle juice, and vegetable oil.
- Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Fold in the chopped dill pickles.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing and serving.
