- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the corn, mayonnaise, and sour cream.
- Add the cotija cheese, cilantro, jalapeño, lime juice, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Toss everything together until well mixed.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
