Scale
  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened

  5. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set. Let it cool completely.
  7. Once cooled, spread cranberry jam over the top of the cheesecake.

  9. Spread the white chocolate mousse over the cranberry layer.
  10. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
