Description

A vibrant and festive Flag Cake topped with fresh berries, perfect for celebrations and Instagram-worthy moments.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box of vanilla cake mix
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 cup of whipped cream
  • 1 cup of strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup of blueberries
  • 1/2 cup of raspberries
  • Red and blue food coloring (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the cake mix according to package instructions, adding eggs and water.
  3. Divide the batter into two bowls; tint one with red food coloring and leave the other plain.
  4. Pour the red batter into a greased baking pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  5. Once cooled, layer the plain cake on top of the red cake.
  6. Spread whipped cream evenly over the top layer.
  7. Arrange strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries on top to create a flag design.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

  • For a more vibrant color, use gel food coloring.
  • Make sure the cake is completely cooled before frosting.
