- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 ears of corn, cut into thirds
- 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 lemon, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a large bowl, combine shrimp, corn, sausage, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Lay out large pieces of aluminum foil and divide the mixture evenly among them.
- Add butter and lemon slices on top of each packet.
- Seal the foil packets tightly and place them on the grill.
- Cook for about 15-20 minutes, or until the shrimp are cooked through and the corn is tender.
- Carefully open the packets, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve hot.
Notes
- Feel free to adjust the Cajun seasoning to your taste.
- This recipe can be made in the oven at 400°F for about 20-25 minutes.
