A delicious and easy-to-make foil packet Cajun shrimp boil featuring shrimp, corn, and sausage, perfect for Labor Day celebrations.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 ears of corn, cut into thirds
  • 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a large bowl, combine shrimp, corn, sausage, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Lay out large pieces of aluminum foil and divide the mixture evenly among them.
  4. Add butter and lemon slices on top of each packet.
