A simple and delicious recipe for making freezer-friendly breakfast sandwiches that mimic the classic Egg McMuffin.

- 6 English muffins
- 6 large eggs
- 6 slices of Canadian bacon
- 6 slices of cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Butter for greasing
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a muffin tin with butter and crack an egg into each cup.
- Season the eggs with salt and pepper.
- Bake the eggs for about 15-20 minutes until set.
- While the eggs are baking, toast the English muffins.
- Once the eggs are done, assemble the sandwiches by placing a slice of Canadian bacon, a baked egg, and a slice of cheese on each muffin half.
- Top with the other half of the muffin and wrap each sandwich in foil.
- Place the wrapped sandwiches in a freezer bag and freeze.
- To reheat, unwrap and microwave for 1-2 minutes or until heated through.
