Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, salt, and sugar.
  3. Add melted butter, milk, and eggs to the dry ingredients and whisk until smooth.
  4. In a skillet, sauté mushrooms in butter until golden.
  5. Add chicken breast and cook until browned on both sides.
  6. Pour in white wine and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
  7. Transfer the chicken and mushrooms to a baking dish.
  8. Pour the batter over the chicken and top with grated cheese.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and set.
  10. Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
