- 1 pound of chicken breast
- 1 cup of mushrooms, sliced

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, salt, and sugar.
- Add melted butter, milk, and eggs to the dry ingredients and whisk until smooth.
- In a skillet, sauté mushrooms in butter until golden.
- Add chicken breast and cook until browned on both sides.
- Pour in white wine and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
- Transfer the chicken and mushrooms to a baking dish.
- Pour the batter over the chicken and top with grated cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and set.
- Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to substitute chicken with vegetables for a vegetarian option.
- Pair with a simple green salad for a complete meal.
