Description

Ingredients

  • 4 slices of bread
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Butter or oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and sugar.
  2. Cut each slice of bread into thirds to create sticks.
  3. Dip each stick into the egg mixture, ensuring they are well coated.
  4. Heat butter or oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Cook the sticks for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Remove from skillet and let cool before freezing.
  7. To freeze, place cooked sticks in a single layer on a baking sheet, freeze until solid, then transfer to a freezer bag.
