Description

A refreshing and easy-to-make Frozen Lemonade Pie that requires only 5 ingredients, perfect for hot summer days.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup lemonade concentrate
  • 1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping
  • 1 graham cracker crust
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 lemon (zested and juiced)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the lemonade concentrate, sweetened condensed milk, and lemon juice and zest.
  2. Fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust.
  4. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
  5. Slice and serve chilled, garnished with lemon slices if desired.
