Description
A refreshing and tropical drink perfect for summer, featuring both virgin and spiked versions of the classic Piña Colada.
Ingredients

- 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 cup coconut cream
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup white rum (for spiked version)
- 1/4 cup sugar (optional)
- Ice cubes (as needed)
- Fresh pineapple slices (for garnish)
- Maraschino cherries (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine frozen pineapple chunks, coconut cream, coconut milk, and sugar (if using).
- Add ice cubes to the blender and blend until smooth.
- If making the spiked version, add white rum and blend again until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into glasses.
- Garnish with fresh pineapple slices and maraschino cherries.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- For a thicker consistency, add more ice.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less sugar based on your preference.
- For a non-alcoholic version, simply omit the rum.
