Description

A refreshing and tropical drink perfect for summer, featuring both virgin and spiked versions of the classic Piña Colada.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup white rum (for spiked version)
  • 1/4 cup sugar (optional)
  • Ice cubes (as needed)
  • Fresh pineapple slices (for garnish)
  • Maraschino cherries (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine frozen pineapple chunks, coconut cream, coconut milk, and sugar (if using).
  2. Add ice cubes to the blender and blend until smooth.
  3. If making the spiked version, add white rum and blend again until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into glasses.
  5. Garnish with fresh pineapple slices and maraschino cherries.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

  • For a thicker consistency, add more ice.
  • Adjust sweetness by adding more or less sugar based on your preference.
  • For a non-alcoholic version, simply omit the rum.
