- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup lemonade concentrate, thawed
- 2 cups frozen strawberries, thawed
- 1 cup whipped topping
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a pie dish to form the crust.
- In a separate bowl, beat together the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add the thawed lemonade concentrate and mix until well combined.
- Fold in the thawed strawberries and whipped topping gently.
- Pour the filling into the prepared crust and spread evenly.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
- Slice and serve chilled, garnished with additional strawberries if desired.
Notes
- For a stronger lemon flavor, add more lemonade concentrate.
- Can substitute fresh strawberries for frozen if in season.
- Store leftovers in the freezer for up to a week.
