A collection of fun and easy frozen treats that kids can help make during the summer.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups of yogurt
- 1 cup of fruit (berries, bananas, etc.)
- 1/4 cup of honey or maple syrup
- 1 cup of fruit juice
- 1/2 cup of coconut milk
- Chocolate chips or sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, honey, and fruit until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into molds or cups.
- Add pieces of fruit or chocolate chips if desired.
- Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours.
- To remove, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.
- Enjoy your homemade frozen treats!
Notes
- Use any fruit you like for different flavors.
- For a dairy-free option, use coconut yogurt.
- These treats can be stored in the freezer for up to a month.
