Description

A collection of fun and easy frozen treats that kids can help make during the summer.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups of yogurt
  • 1 cup of fruit (berries, bananas, etc.)
  • 1/4 cup of honey or maple syrup
  • 1 cup of fruit juice
  • 1/2 cup of coconut milk
  • Chocolate chips or sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, honey, and fruit until well combined.
  2. Pour the mixture into molds or cups.
  3. Add pieces of fruit or chocolate chips if desired.
  4. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours.
  5. To remove, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.
  6. Enjoy your homemade frozen treats!

  • For a dairy-free option, use coconut yogurt.
