Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt and honey or maple syrup until well combined.
- Spread the yogurt mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
- Sprinkle mixed berries and edible flowers over the yogurt.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
- Once frozen, break into pieces and serve.
