- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 1 cup granola
- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- Layer the bottom of each liner with a spoonful of yogurt mixture.
- Add a layer of granola on top of the yogurt.
- Top with a layer of mixed berries.
- Repeat the layers until the muffin tin is filled.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
- Remove from the freezer and let sit for a few minutes before serving.
