Description

Frozen Yogurt Granola Cups with Berries are a delicious and healthy summer snack that combines creamy yogurt, crunchy granola, and fresh berries for a refreshing treat.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup granola
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  3. Layer the bottom of each liner with a spoonful of yogurt mixture.
  4. Add a layer of granola on top of the yogurt.
  5. Top with a layer of mixed berries.
  6. Repeat the layers until the muffin tin is filled.
  7. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
  8. Remove from the freezer and let sit for a few minutes before serving.
