Description

Fruit & Cheese Kabobs are a delightful and colorful snack perfect for graduation brunches, combining fresh fruits and a variety of cheeses on skewers.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup of grapes
  • 1 cup of strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 1 cup of pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup of cheddar cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup of mozzarella balls
  • Skewers (6-inch or 8-inch)

Instructions

  1. Prepare all the fruits by washing and cutting them into appropriate sizes.
  2. Cube the cheddar cheese and prepare the mozzarella balls.
  3. Take a skewer and thread a grape, followed by a piece of cheese, then a strawberry, and continue alternating until the skewer is filled.
  4. Repeat the process with the remaining ingredients until all are used.
  5. Arrange the kabobs on a serving platter and serve immediately or refrigerate until serving.
