- 1 cup of strawberries, hulled and halved
- 1 cup of pineapple chunks
- 1 cup of cheddar cheese, cubed
- 1 cup of mozzarella balls
- Skewers (6-inch or 8-inch)
Instructions
- Prepare all the fruits by washing and cutting them into appropriate sizes.
- Cube the cheddar cheese and prepare the mozzarella balls.
- Take a skewer and thread a grape, followed by a piece of cheese, then a strawberry, and continue alternating until the skewer is filled.
- Repeat the process with the remaining ingredients until all are used.
- Arrange the kabobs on a serving platter and serve immediately or refrigerate until serving.
