Garlic Butter Steak Pasta is a savory and satisfying dish that combines tender steak with pasta, all coated in a rich garlic butter sauce.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 lb sirloin steak, sliced
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the sliced steak to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove the steak and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and minced garlic; sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the beef broth and bring to a simmer, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet.
  6. Add the cooked pasta and steak back into the skillet, tossing to coat in the garlic butter sauce.
  7. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and well combined.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.

  • For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the garlic butter sauce.
