- 2 eggs, beaten

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken piece into the beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated chicken bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Spray the chicken bites lightly with cooking spray.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
