- Pork sausage – 1 lb

- Beef broth – 4 cups

Instructions
- Peel and chop the potatoes into cubes.
- Shred the cabbage and chop the onions.
- In a large pot, melt the butter and sauté the onions until translucent.
- Add the ground beef and pork sausage, cooking until browned.
- Stir in the potatoes, cabbage, salt, pepper, and caraway seeds.
- Pour in the beef broth and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 30-40 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Serve hot, garnished with parsley.
