Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs in a pot of water for about 10-12 minutes.
- Once cooked, transfer the eggs to an ice bath to cool, then peel them.
- In a bowl, mix together the grated ginger, minced garlic, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, and red pepper flakes.
- Place the peeled eggs in a container and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are fully submerged.
- Seal the container and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight for maximum flavor.
- Before serving, slice the eggs in half and garnish with chopped green onions.
