Description

Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchinis, grated
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup gluten-free flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Grate the zucchinis and place them in a clean kitchen towel to squeeze out excess moisture.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the grated zucchini, Parmesan cheese, gluten-free flour, eggs, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper.
